Your order |
We will send you a confirmation email shortly after your order has been processed. We then send the order to be dispatched. We aim to deliver to you within 2 – 5 working days depending on where you live in Australia. Some orders may take longer. All orders are subject to product availability. |

Receiving you order |
Once you’ve received your order if the goods are damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours of receipt of them. We cannot accept returns if we were not contacted within 24 hours. |

Mail the item back to us describing what is wrong with the product, and we’ll happily refund the cost of that item and the postage back onto your credit card. |
