Delivery |
We order our products according to customer demand, and then we have them delivered to you by our nominated courier. Our carriers deliver between 9am and 5pm, so when you’re at the checkout please put a delivery address where you know you can receive and sign for the goods. |

Wheat Free Provider confirmation Payment
and Delivery Email |
Once you’ve placed your order with Wheat Free Provider you don’t have to guess whether or not we received your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. |

This confirmation email will be your Tax Invoice.
It will also let you know: |

- what you ordered
- the total cost of the order
- and that the credit card payment has been successfully processed
|
Once this has been processed, we’ll start putting together your order and getting the parcel
on its way. |

Fresh Bread to your Door |
If you order bread, we want to make sure when we pick it up, it’s straight from the oven and delivered to your door. For this to happen we need to give the Bakers time to bake the bread. Therefore we require an extra 24 hours on top of the estimated delivery times to get those orders to you. |

Out of Stock Items |
If an item is out of stock we’ll let you know.We can organise to hold the order till we can get the item or we can give you a refund for that amount.

Wheat Free Provider has endeavoured to keep delivery and handling costs as low as possible. |

The regions we don’t send a courier, we use Australia Post. We’ve tried to find the cheapest and most efficient way to get our goods to you. In certain areas using Australia Post saves you more money than using our courier. |

Since we purchase per order it will take between 2 – 6 days to get the goods to your door – depending on where in Australia you live. We are constantly striving to lower this delivery time whenever possible. |
